Urgent Action Needed

The Assembly Education Committee will hear A-4122, legislation that will remove a student's test scores from a teacher's evaluation. The sponsor of the bill is Assemblywoman Marlene Caride, the Chair of the Assembly Education Committee, and the co-sponsor is Assemblywoman Mila Jasey.

We are asking members to take two actions:

Call the sponsors of the bill and thank them.

Call members of the Assembly Education Committee let them know you support the bill and you hope they will as well.

Be sure and send this out to members of your Legislative Action Team – and please have them call.

If you have any questions please reach out to your lobbyist.

Thank you very much,
